astecc aroma reflex - face and body aromatherapy session

This treatment is unlike any other aromatherapy session you’ve encountered—definitely not to be confused with MLM essential oil treatments of the same name. Inspired by the ASTECC method, this session integrates advanced holistic massage modalities and is one of my favorite treatments to both give and receive.

A popular option at luxury spas like Montage and The Grand Del Mar (both trained by ASTECC), this session is difficult to put into words but transformative to experience. Trained in 2019, I am excited to offer this deeply intentional therapy as my newest addition.

Drawing from Eastern diagnosis and constitutional analysis, this aromatic, intentional touch therapy works with the skin’s reflexes, targeting telltale signs of tissue distress that can undermine the skin’s vitality and integrity. The session includes manual lymph drainage, connective tissue massage of the face and back, reflex palpation, and the use of organic aromatic essences.

Although the touch is light, the results are profound. This treatment decongests tissues, restores energetic flow, and helps regulate the body’s natural biorhythms. Many clients also report feeling a sense of newfound clarity, insight, and inner calm after the session.
